Ocean Safaris Kayak Adventures has been operating kayak tours since 1994 in Kona. We have taken almost 100,000 visitors and Kama‘aina (island locals) on exclusive ocean kayaking adventures and are looking forward to the next 100,000! We are a family-owned and operated business.
Paddling Kona’s clear, pristine waters since 1994, Ocean Safari’s Kayak Adventures have introduced countless visitors and Kama’aina (Island Locals) to the fast growing sport of kayaking. We focus on small groups of adventurers, making safety and fun top priority. Every kayak tour is different and may include dolphin and whale watching, snorkeling, sea cave exploration and maybe even cliff jumping. You may see tidal pools filled with eels, sea turtles and colorful tropical fish. All our guided adventures are led by experienced watermen/women who are Hawaii Lifeguard Certified and we are fully insured. You may also explore on your own – Ocean Safaris has kayaks and paddle boards to rent for the Keahou Bay vicinity. We will outfit you with all safety gear, instruction, and orientation. When you rent a kayak from Ocean Safaris Kayak Adventures you can also take advantage of our knowledge of the area, water conditions and paddling techniques. Rent a Kayak or Paddle Board and explore Keauhou Bay!
